There are many ways to gather information about vendors. One way is to use a Google Form that connects to a Google Spreadsheet. You can ask whatever questions you need to in the Google form, and it will collect the information on a spreadsheet. Your vendors can use the super user-friendly form to give their contact information, tell you a little about the products they plan to sell, and even how they might want to help with organizing the fair. Then you will have an idea of which houses plan to participate and how they want to help.

You can access the Google Participation Form here. The first page you see will ask you to make a copy. Click that button, and you’ll be ready to edit the form to make it your own.

Tips:

• Don’t use the URL that appears at the top of the web page. The link you send vendors will be under send/link icon.
• To open the spreadsheet with people’s responses, click responses/link to sheets.
