We will be in touch in the coming weeks about featuring you on our Facebook page and what to expect on the day of the event. If you’re willing to help out with postcards or putting up signs, we’re happy to have you as well! If you have any questions, please email us at banyancraftfair@gmail.com
Note that we do ask that you help with our advertising and signage costs by paying a small fee to the organizers.
Residents of Banyan Court:
There are a few ways you can get involved!
- Sell crafts, baked goods, or other items on the date of the fair
- Host friends or family members on your driveway
- Host outside vendors who want to sell at the fair but aren’t from our street. If you decide to go this route, we will give you a $10 fee per vendor, in exchange for access to your Wifi and bathroom!
Outside Vendors
We are so excited for you to participate! There is a flat fee of $20 for outside vendors (non-residents of Banyan Court). Half of this goes to your host house, and the other half goes to the fair organizers to be used for advertising and signage.
Note that no chairs, tables, or coverings are provided. Please treat your host driveway with respect and leave it squeaky clean at the end of the day.
